Dean and I are so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I remember Uncle Jay as having a great sense of humor and remember lots of fun times at your house (or ours) with all of you. We were on vacation out of state all last week so only found out today when our newspapers were delivered. I'm very sorry we didn't get to see you and express our sympathy.
Love, Nancy & Dean

I am sorry to learn of the loss of your father this week. I always remembered our visits to your family farm as some of my favorite childhood trips. I stopped and visited with Uncle Jay on the way home from Columbus awhile back and enjoyed the time I spent talking to him and his wife. I will miss him. Hope the rest of the family is doing well.

I'm so sorry to hear about Uncle Jay's death. I have such good memories of trips to your house when we were kids. He was a gruff ol' guy but he was always willing to let us in the barn to see the horses. I am teaching school these days and cannot get away to attend his services, but I will be with you in spirit and will be sending prayers your way.

Mike and Shirley,
While it has been many years since I have been gone I was sad to hear of your loss. They say you always have the memories but we all wish we had that time for one more conversation with our parents. Time will help and make those memories even more cherished. May the Lord guide you during this time.

Dave, Thanks for your kind words and good wishes. Even though we grieve his passing, we will always remember his love and great sense of humor. He still has a family on earth that will miss him but he has a Father above who is hugging him and welcoming him home, and for that I am grateful.
