Services for Ted Wilson will be held at 1:00 Saturday, July 07, 2018 at Walnut Grove Church with Pastor Douglas Flinn officiating. Burial will follow at Dola Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3:00 to 7:00 Friday, July 06, 2018 at Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton and 1 hour prior to services at the church. The family request Ohio State Buckeye or casual attire.
He died at 3:16 pm Monday, July 02, 2018 at St. Rita's Medical Center. He was born on February 22, 1961 in Kenton to Donald J. and Mildred (Steiner) Wilson. He married Teressa (Ward) Combs and they later divorced. On October 06, 2007 he married Dawn Curlis-Wilson and she survives in Dola.
Also surviving are his children, Brandi (Dan) Kemmere of Forest and Wesley (Andrea) Wilson of Forest; grandchildren, Clara Kemmere, Emma Kemmere, Vivian Wilson, Tanner Wilson, and Alivia Kemmere; his mother, Mildred Wilson of Kenton; sisters, Nancy (Carlton) Musselman of Kenton and Beverly (Ed) Bahr of Kenton; and a brother Jeff (Lori) Wilson of Dola.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald J. Wilson.
Ted was a farmer and a truck driver for the Hardin County Engineer Office retiring after 30 years. After retiring he went to work for Washington Township.
He loved spending time with his family, his grandchildren, and driving tractors. Ted was all about sports. Whether it was watching his grandchildren play sports, listening to sports radio or watching sports on TV.  He was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, Indians, and Cavaliers fan. He also was a Hardin Northern midget football coach for a number of years. 
Memorials may be to his grandchildren in care of the funeral home.
