She died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at the Hardin Memorial Hospital E.R. She was born on April 12, 1974 in Kenton to the late Harry Jr and Carolyn (Lightner) Tucker. On June 29, 1994 she married John Andrew Ramge "Andy" and he survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are 3 sons; Jeromy Andrew, Jordan Tucker Andrew and Jared Andrew all of Kenton, 2 sisters; Kelly (Jerry) Risner of Kenton, Carrie (Bob) Smith of Grant.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Kenton. She volunteered for the churches Christmas baskets and the church festivals.
She enjoyed collecting dolls, doing cross word puzzles and reading. Shelly was a loving wife and mother, and always wanted to take care of anyone that was around her family, especially her boys and their friends.
Memorial donations may be made to The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in care of the family.
