Funeral services for Paul Michael "Mike" Wells will be private. Burial will take place in Dunkirk Cemetery. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
He died on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at The Hardin Memorial Hospital ER. He was born on May 5, 1971 in Springfield, Ohio to Vernon and Pamela (Rittenhouse) Wells who both survive outside of Kenton.
Also surviving are 2 sisters; Tammy (David) Suber of Carey, Heather Wells of Dunkirk, and 4 nieces and nephews; Stephanie Burnside, Erin Suber, Brayden Wells, and Bryce Wells-Gossard and his dog; Zeke.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Paul (Lena) Rittenhouse, Edna (Gene Chamberlain) Rittenhouse and his paternal grandparents; Clay Wells and Martha Wells.
Mike worked for his brother-in-law on the farm and would occasionally drive semi and help Vanderpool Farms and Excavating. He loved to farm and was truly passionate about it.
If Mike wasn't farming or working he tried to spend as much time as he could with his nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
