Pamela Ann (LeVally) McClain 73

of Ada

Pamela Ann (LeVally) McClain, age 73, passed away peacefully on Sunday surrounded by family. March 8, 2026, at VanCrest of Ada.

Pam was born July 21, 1952. She was preceded in death by her parents, Forest “Waldo” LeVally and Goldie (Prater) LeVally of Ridgeway.

She is survived by her three sons, Jason (Laura) McClain of Ada, Marc (Carrie) McClain of St. Mary's, and John (Traci) McClain of Ada; her daughter, Rachael (Brent) Jordan of Ada; her sister, Diana (Mike) Britton of Kenton; and her brother, Doug (Karen) LeVally of Ridgeway. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Pam was the grandmother to Angelica, Alyssa, Jonny, Lauren, Marcus, Caiden, Evie, Clayton, Natilyn, Langston, Reese, Aubry, and Presley, and great-grandmother to Caley, Austin, and Jase.

Pam graduated from Ridgemont High School in 1970. Soon after graduation, she married Gary McClain, and they later divorced. Pam devoted many years to raising her children as a loving stay-at-home mother.

Pam loved her family unconditionally and found great joy in spending time with them. She had an undeniable fun spirit and loved to laugh and make others laugh. Throughout her life, Pam spent much of her time caring for those around her. Pam also had a strong and unwavering faith in God that guided her life and brought her great comfort.

The family is deeply grateful for the compassionate staff at VanCrest, whose kindness and support brought great comfort to Pam and her family during this time. The care she received there was truly a blessing to our family.

The family would also like to extend their sincere gratitude to Bridge Hospice for the incredible compassion, support, and dignity they provided to Pam and her family during her final days.

Her family takes comfort in knowing she is now resting peacefully in the arms of her Savior.

A memorial service for Pamela will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Pastor Eric Risner officiating. Burial in Preston Cemetery will be held at a later date. Friends and family may visit 2 hours prior to services at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions to American Cancer Society Hope Lodge – Cleveland, a place that provided Pamela and her family with lodging and support during cancer treatments, easing the burden on the family. Donations can be made at: cancer.org/hopelodgeclevelanddonate
