Services for Nadia J. Bright will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, May 11, 2018 at Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton. Friends may call from 3:00 until time of services on Friday.

She died at 7:45 pm Sunday, May 06, 2018 at her residence. She was born on October 21, 1952 in Marysville to the late Edgar Miles and Alice Louise (Goff) Cooperider. On March 10, 1976 she married Don L. Bright and he survives in Kenton.

Also surviving are 2 daughters, Dawn L. Bright-Gaukin of Kenton and Sarah (Carl) Richardson III of Kenton; 1 son, Robert Lee Johnson Jr. of Kenton; 6 grandchildren, Toby Gaukin, Tabitha Gaukin, Cameron Bright, Colleen Gaukin, Gavin Richardson, and Caiden Richardson; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Zoey Richardson; and 2 brothers, Edgar and Marvin Cooperider.

She was a nurse's aid for 28 years working at several nursing homes in Hardin and Union County.

Nadia loved being with her family and her grandchildren were her angels. She enjoyed crocheting and doing crossword puzzles.

Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home or to Universal Hospice.
