Toby died on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at The Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay. He was born on April 22, 1948 in Kenton to the late Dale and Jean (Columber) Piper.
He is survived by his children; Stacey Piper of Kenton, Michael (Trina) Piper of Kenton, Charity (Danny) Dhaniram of Orlando, Florida, 4 grandchildren; Ryan, Rochelle, Britton, Gage, sisters; Phyllis McElree, Nanci (Tom) Elwood, Peggy Piper, Jackie Shaw, and brothers; Dick (Deb) Piper, and Doug Piper.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother; David Piper, and a sister; Jill Piper.
Toby worked at Rockwell and Silver Creek Supply. He was always there to help anyone he could. He really enjoyed drinking beer and socializing with his friends. He lived his life by his mottos which were "Shit happens" and "Because I Can" and that led to many funny stories.
