Funeral services for Marilyn Kay Pratt will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, September 25, 2023, at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Brother Luke Mercer officiating. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery. Friends and family may visit 2 hours prior to the services at the funeral home.

Marilyn passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 10, 1949, in Hardin County to the late Harlin and Lola (Bailey) Morrison. On February 20, 1981, she married Larry Pratt and they later divorced.

Surviving is her daughter, Jennifer Sepessy of Kenton, 2 sons; Michael (Rose) Morrison of Lakeview, Jon Morrison of Lakeview, 2 brothers; Rick Morrison of Alger, Donald Morrison of Dola, 7 grandchildren,9 great-grandchildren, and significant other, Larry Poe of Kenton.

She was preceded in death by 10 siblings: Alberta "Blondie" Shepherd, Carrie Jane Holbrook, Franklin Morrison, Orville Lee Morrison, Adaline "Abby" Rucker, Ovie Dean Morrison, Billy Joe Morrison, Judy Faye Kearley, Phyllis Ann Bowman, Jimmy Ray Morrison, and the father of her children; Lloyd Layne.

Marilyn was a homemaker, who enjoyed cooking, doing seamstress work and loved gardening. She was always up to entertaining friends and family.  Marilyn was also known as an avid fisherman.

Memorial contributions in Marilyn's honor may be made to Love Inc. in Kenton.
