Lloyd Collins passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at his residence. He was born on July 19, 1946, in Kenton to the late Lloyd Edward and Whelmina (Fawley) Collins. On October 24, 1965, he married Marieta Miller, who survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are two daughters, Tonya (Shawn) Jordan of Lewistown and Christine (Beery) James of West Mansfield; a son, Eric Collins of DeBary, Florida; a brother, Don (Charlene) Collins of Kenton; four grandchildren, Seth (Rachael) Collins of Seven Mile, Ohio, Caitlian (AJ) Rothert of Dayton, Rebecca Jordan of Dublin, and Shelby (Nicholas) Crabtree of Bellefontaine; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Miller.
Lloyd was a 1965 graduate of Ridgemont High School. He enjoyed racing his car, "Bounty Hunter," in LaRue, Ohio, and was very involved in the Pulling Ponies Association. He was also known for his love of chocolate.
Per Lloyd’s wishes, there will be no services held. Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Memorial donations in Lloyd's honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
