Funeral services for Linda (Perkins) Rostorfer will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery. Friends and family may visit 2 hours prior to services at the funeral home. 

Linda passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the DeWolfe Place in Marion. She was born on July 5, 1943, in Kenton to the late Calvin James and Catherine (Newland) Perkins. On July 8, 1959, she married Charles Rostorfer, and he preceded her in death on January 6, 2017.

Surviving is a daughter, Vicki (Todd) Beck of Wilmington, a son, Kevin (Kelly) Rostorfer of Marion, grandchildren, Kevin (Tiffany) Rostorfer, Colton Rostorfer, Kylee Hutchinson, a great-grandson, Gavin Rostorfer, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Joann Evans.

Linda worked several various jobs but was mostly a homemaker. She is a former member of the Foursquare Church and the VFW Post 7210 in Marion.

Linda was very artistic. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and was an excellent drawer. She also enjoyed cooking and playing bingo. Most of all Linda loved her cats and her family. She especially loved to spend time with her grandchildren. 

Memorial donations in Linda's honor may be made to Gentiva Hospice or the Marion County Humane Society.
