Lillian Christine Madison-Wentz 88
of Kenton
Lillian Christine Madison-Wentz, 88, of Kenton, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2025. She was a devoted Jehovah's Witness, finding great joy and purpose in her faith.
She was born on February 28, 1936, to Thelma and Earl Madison in Kenton, Ohio. On August 10, 1993, she married Russel Wentz, and they remained together until his passing.
Throughout her life, Lillian worked in many professions, including as a dedicated homemaker and a hard working factory worker. No matter the job, she approached everything with a strong work ethic and unwavering determination.
Her greatest joy, however, was her family. She was a loving mother to her son, Anthony (Linda) Madison, a proud grandmother to Russel (Natalie) Madison, and Amanda (John) Bookmeyer, and a cherished great-grandmother to Alivia, Cooper, Cheyenne, Connor, and Beau.
She also shared a deep bond with her many siblings. Surviving her are Robert Madison, Helen Worthington, Norman Madison, and Franklin Madison. She was preceded in death by Carl Madison, Jack Madison, Gary Madison, Richard Madison, Sharon Madison, Billy Madison, and James Madison.
Lillian will be remembered for her kindness, honesty, strength, and unwavering faith. She leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, and resilience.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 13325 S. Main Street, Kenton, OH 43326 on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. A dinner will follow the service at the Memorial Park Golf Club in Kenton.
