Funeral services for Lacy Patrick Sr. will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Hebert Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Norman Cemetery. Friends and family may visit on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Lacy died on Friday, December 9, 2022 at the OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. He was born on August 26, 1954 in Stockbridge, Michigan to the late Grandville and Louise (Sheppard) Patrick. He married Brenda Nichols in 1976 and she preceded him in death.
Surviving are 2 daughters; Tracy (Dennis) Kennedy of Kenton, Karen Patrick of Kenton, 1 stepdaughter; Kandy Combs of Kenton, 1 son; Lacy (Rebecca) Patrick Jr. of Kenton, 1 stepson; Glen Combs Jr. of Kenton, 2 sisters; Betty (Steve) Sheppard of Alger, Jackie (Clyde) Hurt of Kentucky, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Leo and Tony Patrick, and fiancé, Melissa Lustt.
Lacy lived life to the fullest! He loved watching Ohio State Football, and gardening. He was a spur of the moment kind of guy who would get up and go. It didn't matter if it was to travel or just to get ice cream. Lacy also loved being around his 2 dogs; Milo and Baylee.
Memorial donations in Lacy's honor can be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
