Kimberly Faye (Barlow) Mackintosh 63
of Kenton
Kimberly Faye was born on September 28th, 1960, to John and Donna (Swearingen) Barlow in Cincinnati, Ohio. She passed away at her home on June 30th, 2024. She was the eldest child of 9 and made sure to tell everyone she was the oldest but wisest. Kim was a 1979 graduate of Kenton High School. In 1981 she married Brian Berry and in 1982 they welcomed their only child Delacie Joy but later divorced. In 2000 she took a chance and moved to the land down under and married Kenneth Mackintosh, they were happily married for a short time, but he sadly passed away and she moved back home to the states.
Kim was always a lover of reading and trivia. She enjoyed years of counted cross stitching and always loved visiting with family and friends.
Kimberly is survived by a rather large family including her mother, and daughter, Delacie (Justin McLane), siblings: Timothy, Paul (Jeannie), Gerald (Amber), Patricia (Ken), Saundra (Brad), Elena, Aimee (Steve) her beloved grandchildren: Kirrilie, Kinzer and Noah and numerous nieces and nephews, along with lifelong friend and ex-husband Brian (Jessica) Berry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, brother Harold, father and grandparents.
Kimberly was a lifelong member of the congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and loved the word of Jehovah God.
A celebration of life memorial will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, at 3pm. Friends may come and pay respects and share their love of Kimberly. She will be greatly missed.
