Visitation for Kevin Allen Blair will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton.
Kevin passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026, at Lima Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 15, 1989, in Marion, Ohio, to Terry Blair and Cynthia (Morrison) Sanford.
He is survived by his father, Terry (Chris Pemberton) Blair of LaRue; his mother, Cindy (Brett) Sanford of Kenton; wife, Deanna Bower of Wapakoneta, daughter, Natalie Davenport of Wapakoneta; sister, Jessica (Taylor) Tullis of Gallatin, TN; maternal grandparents, Katherine Kitts of Kenton and Donald E. Morrison of Baltimore, Ohio and his nephew, Tavern Tullis.
He was preceded in death by his niece, Evelynn Norma Irene Tullis, and his paternal grandparents, Wayne and Kitty Blair.
Kevin was a 2007 graduate of North Union High School and Tri-Rivers Career Center. He worked for Plastipak in Jackson Center. An avid outdoorsman, he loved 4-wheeling, working on motors, tending to his vegetable garden, and cutting wood. Kevin was a generous person who was always willing to help others. Above all, he loved his daughter and took great pride in being a wonderful father.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kevin's honor may be made to his daughter’s college fund.
