Keitha Ann Dugan, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 29th, 2025. Born January 13, 1943, in Urbana, Ohio, she was a proud Wilmington College graduate and a lifelong educator and mentor.
Keitha embodied quiet strength and unwavering resilience. She was a stoic presence in the lives of her family and friends - steady, grounded and unflinching in the face of life's challenges. Her strength wasn't loud or boastful; it showed in her ability to endure hardship with grace, and to offer sharp insight with kindness.

Keitha was known for her strong will, quick wit, independent spirit, her love of cats, and her passion for shopping. She brought fierce wisdom to every conversation and left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A private family service will take place at Otterbein Cemetery in Mt. Victory. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory is assisting the family with arrangements.
