Funeral services for Julia A. Foreman will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory with Pastor Mike Mollett officiating. Burial will follow at Byhalia Cemetery. Friends and Family may visit from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the funeral home. Masks will be required and Covid-19 guidelines should be followed.
Julia died on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Hardin Hills in Kenton. She was born at home in Ridgeway on May 21, 1931 to the late William and Mary Elizabeth (Struble) Moore. On June 19, 1949 she married Richard "Dick" Foreman and he preceded her in death on April 2, 2013.
Surviving are 2 daughters; Karen (Kevin) Steggeman of Bellefontaine, Karla Foreman of Kenton, brother; James (Marylin) Moore of Mt. Victory, 4 grandchildren; Jeanette Campbell of Mt. Victory, Robin (Steve) Murphy of Florida, Cody (Taylor) Carruthers of Lakeview, Amber (Charlie) Wallace of Kenton, 12 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter; Kathy Wireman and a sister; Ruth Denman.
Julia was primarily a homemaker but also worked as an operator for the Mt. Victory Volunteer Fire Department for 28 years.
She enjoyed crafting, baking, sewing and going to craft shows.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzeheimers Assocaiton.
