Funeral services for Judy C. Harbor will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Pastor Craig Mansfield officiating. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery. Friends and family may visit 2 hours prior to the services at the funeral home.
Judy passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born in Lovington, Kentucky to the late Millard and Dorothy (Sipple) Legge. She married Louis Harbor in 1963, and he preceded her in death in 2007.
Surviving are daughter, Tina Ward of Kenton, 3 sons; Jess (June) Harbor of Lewistown, Dean (Denise) Harbor of Forest, Shane (Tracy) Harbor of Fayetteville, N.C., 2 sisters; Kay (Gary) McMillion and Barb Ritzler, 2 brothers; Jimmy Legge and Lynn Dickerson, 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Judy was preceded in death by siblings; Pam Manns, Mike Legge, Ronnie Legge, Donnie Legge, Bobby Legge and grandson, Derek Ward.
She had worked as a nurse's aide at San Antonio Hospital in Kenton many years ago. She later went on to work as a cook at the Sisters Midway Restaurant in Kenton.
Judy was a member at the First Baptist Church of Kenton.
She enjoyed cross stitching and crocheting, playing Bingo and going to the Hardin County Council on Aging. Judy by far loved spending time with her grandchildren as often as she could.
Memorial donations in Judy's honor may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
