Funeral services for Joyce Delia (Goodwin) Agin will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the St. John's Evangelical Church in Kenton with Rev. Randall Forester officiating. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery in Kenton. Friends and family may visit 1 hour prior to services at the church. The Price-Mcelroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements. 

Joyce passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at the Crandall Medical Center in Sebring, Ohio. She was born in Bombay, India to the late Frederick William and Alice Marie (Barber) Goodwin. She married Melvin Agin, and he preceded her in death.

Surviving is 2 daughters: Deborah (Marvin) Gilfillan, Catherine (Richard) Hart, a sister, Gladys Rosemary "Topsy" (Paschal) Duffy of England, 4 grandchildren, Todd Gillfillan, Kristi Gillfillan, Jennah Karmazin, Emaly Furjes, 3 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews in England and Canada. 

She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Alice Tizzard, Joan Coleman, and 2 brothers, Frederick John Goodwin, and Eric Goodwin.

Joyce worked hard to provide for her family. She was employed by North Electric but also worked for Kodak in Findlay as well as CVS. She was a member of the St. John's evangelical Church in Kenton. 

Joyce loved her family and friends. She spent as much time with them as could, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her free time, Joyce enjoyed landscaping and keeping her property looking nice, which she took great pride in. She also enjoyed playing the lottery, playing with her dogs, canning green beans and making homemade strawberry jam. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Joyce's honor may be made to the St. John's Evangelical Church in Kenton or the Crandall Medical Center.
