A memorial service for Jeffrey A. "Jeff" Slack will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at the Kenton Moose Lodge Lower Level with Pastor Gregg King officiating. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
Jeff passed away surrounded by his family on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at The Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay. He was born January 29, 1946 in Kenton to the late Warner and Margurite (Lay) Slack. He married the love of his life, Roberta "Bobbie" Longbrake on November 10, 1972 and she survives.
Also surviving are his 3 children; Kyle (Brittany) Slack, Shane (Amy) Slack, Nicole (Eric) Hall, 7 grandchildren; Taylor, Maggie, Faith, Morgan, Thomas, Hailey, and Piper, and a great-grandson; Waylon.
He was preceded in death by his brother; Reggie Slack.
Jeff owned and operated his own auto body shop for many years. He enjoyed working on cars, walking in his woods, shooting his guns and working on puzzles with his wife. He loved his family, his Camaro, his barn and Garfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jeff's honor may be made to any hospice of the donor's choice.
