A memorial service for Jeffrey Keel will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton. Friends and family may visit 2 hours prior to services at the funeral home.
Jeff passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at 3:06 P.M. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. He was born on January 27, 1962, in Kenton, but spent much of his life in Clearwater, Florida before returning home later in life.
A proud U.S. Army Veteran, Jeff served his country with honor and carried that sense of integrity into his everyday life. He was known for his warm smile, generous heart, and steady presence, always looking out for those around him.
Jeff had a passion for family and a deep commitment to community service, especially through his involvement with the Kenton Council on Aging. He believed in giving back and made a point to invest in the people and places that mattered most to him.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Heather Keel, his father, Ronald Keel, his son, Brandon Keel, and his grandchildren, Centauri Keel, Ava Keel, and several nieces and nephews, all of which brought him great joy and pride.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn (Latham) Keel, and his brothers, Greg Keel and Chris Keel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jeff's honor may be made to the Hardin County Council on Aging.
