of Kenton
A celebration of life for James "Jim" McMillion will be held from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the Kenton Masonic Temple with Pastor Russ McMillion officiating. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
Jim passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at the Lima Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 17, 1973, in Kenton to Gary and Beverely "Kay '' (Legge) McMillion who survive in Kenton. On February 20, 1999, he married Lynn Ward, and she survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are his 3 children: Mike McMillion of Bellefontaine, Jake (Callan Pugh) of Upper Sandusky, Catherine (Tylor Tohati) of Cleveland, a sister, Tonya Guisinger of Azle, Texas, a brother, Scott (Shanette Teneyck) McMillion of Kenton, a granddaughter, Khalani Hutchison, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Andy Guisinger, a sister-in-law, Angela McMillion, and a nephew, Chaz Ward.
Jim graduated from Kenton High School in 1991. He worked for Durez and Sekisui Plastic in Kenton for several years.
Jim was a kid at heart. He liked video games and playing slow pitch softball. He was also a huge sports fan. He enjoyed watching Nascar and his favorite football teams were the Michigan Wolverines and the Las Vegas Raiders.
In his free time, Jim could be found working on cars while listening to his favorite music or spending time with his family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jim's honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
