A Celebration of life for David "Dave" Michel Blake will be held at a later date. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with the arrangements. 

David "Dave" Blake 53 of Forest, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at his home. He was born on April 08, 1972, in Washington, Pennsylvania to the late Rose Blake. 

Surviving are his daughters, Christina (Rocky Burton) Blake, Chyna (Steven Burton) Blake, his twin brother, Don (Tina) Blake, grandchildren, Cole, Faith, Nevaeh, Kamara, Xavier "Little D", Rosalie, Dixie Lynn, Bella, Brystol "Bubbles", Xena, Daniel, James, a niece, Danielle Blake, a nephew, Harley Blake, and family friends, Alice Davis and Zech Point.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Iona and Beryl Blake, nieces, Tiffany, Becky, and Diamond Blake, cousin, Robby Blake and several aunts and uncles.

David loved his children and grandchildren who he loved spending time with. His family and his dog, Zila, were important to him. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and having a cold one with his best friends and his brother. His laugh was contagious. He was always there when you needed him. He will forever be missed.

Memorial donations in David's honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
