Charles died on Friday, June 3, 2022 at his residence. He was born on April 12, 1949 in Findlay to the late Lloyd and Lucille (Reese) Powell. 
Surviving are 1 brother; Thomas Powell of Forest and 1 sister; Mary (Danny) Reese of Utah.
