Brenda Kay (Bailey) Zeigler 71
of Alger
Brenda Kay (Bailey) Zeigler, 71, of Alger, Oh, surrounded by her family entered her heavenly home on January 16, 2025. She was born on March 04, 1953, to the late Ollie and Christina (Poe) Bailey in Kenton, Oh. She was a graduate of Kenton High School in 1971. Brenda married Richard Zeigler on April 27, 1985.
Brenda is survived by her husband, Richard Zeigler, her two children, Jeremy (Bonnie) Piper of Kenton, Oh, Jennifer (Daniel) Moore of Roberta, Ga, two step-children, Greg (Peggy) Zeigler of Alger, Oh, Tammy Zeigler of Waynesfield, Oh, grandchildren, Trent Toomey, McKenzie Piper, Peyton Toomey, Penelope Piper, and Kenna miller, and numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews, two sisters, Janet (Bailey) Elliott, and Gloria (Bailey) Cassity.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Bailey and a sister, Sharon (Bailey) Hamilton.
Brenda retired from Meritor "Rockwell" of Kenton. After she retired, Brenda was able to fulfill her passion of being a grandmother and traveling to see her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Brenda was a member of the Crossroads Church of God in Lima, Oh. She enjoyed doing funeral dinners and helping with Sunday donuts. She also enjoyed spending time with the lady's group when they did their monthly meet-up, whether it was their book club, lunches, or just meeting up and enjoying each other's time.
Brenda was a rare soul who loved with all she was and always saw the best in people. The world lost an amazing lady, but Heaven gained a beautiful soul.
A celebration of life for Brenda K. Zeigler will be on held from 12:00 P.M. to 2.00 P.M. Saturday, September 06, 2025, at the Amvets in Kenton. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
