A graveside service for Bonnie (Kindell) Comstock will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Hale Cemetery in Mt. Victory with Rev. Dennis Burns officiating. The family has asked that anyone who attends to please dress casually. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.

Bonnie passed away on Friday, April 11, 2025, at the Trustwell Living Blanchard Place in Kenton. She was born on October 19, 1935, in Mt. Victory to the late Fremont and Georgia (Craft) Kindell. On November 22, 1963, she married Lauren Comstock, and he preceded her in death on October 25, 2009.

Surviving are a daughter, Vicki Senning of Ada, a son, Michael (Regina) Comstock of Kenton, 5 grandchildren, Kristen (Adam) Ferguson, Kevin Senning, Shelby (Evan) Richardson, Brittany (Nick Larkin) Terrill, Bo (Kelsey Baughman) Terrill, 5 great-grandchildren, Brice, Riley, Wyatt, Addilyn, Jacob, a sister-in-law, Barb Comstock, a brother-in-law, Dwight (Merna) Comstock and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert (Vada) Kindell, a sister-in-law, Marge Stedman, and 3 brothers-in-law, Russell Comstock, Robert (Georgianne) Comstock, and Richard (Donna) Comstock. 

Bonnie was a 1953 graduate of Mt. Victory High School where she was the valedictorian. She worked at the Henry Martin Grocery Store in Mt. Victory as well as the Kenton Times before becoming a homemaker.

In her free time, Bonnie enjoyed gardening, reading and cooking. She would also can many of the vegetables that she grew. She was interested in her family's genealogy and had many records following her family's history. 

Most of all, family is what was most important to Bonnie. She loved to host family get-togethers, where she would cook everyone their favorite desserts and play euchre with her kids and grandkids. Bonnie was always scrapbooking and making cookbooks for her family, that always contained a story or memory to go with the recipe. She will be remembered as a selfless person who was always putting everyone's else's needs before her own. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Bonnie's honor may be made to the charity of the donor's choice, Nationwide Children's Hospital, or the Forest Fire Department Uniform Fund.
