Services for Beverly K. Rogers will be private. A public graveside service will take place in Dola Cemetery at a later date. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
Beverly died on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at the Hardin Memorial Hospital E.R. She was born in Dola on November 9, 1943 to the late Irvin and Mabel (Smith) Nowlan. On July 7, 1973 she married Morris Rogers and he preceded her in death on December 25, 2017.
Surviving are a son; Brett Rogers of Huntsville, grandchildren; Nikki (Matt) Snyder of London, OH, great-grandchildren; Kayden and Mason Snyder, sisters; Wanda (Everett) Clinger of Kenton, Shirley Gillen of Kenton, Dianne Price of Dola, several nieces, nephews, cousins and a special friends; Gene and Mary Scarberry of Kenton.
Beverly graduated from Hardin Northern High School in 1962. She worked for Oldaker's Manufacturing in Dunkirk before becoming the cafeteria manager for Ada Schools, from where she retired. She loved kids and to talk to and tease them. Beverley and her husband also owned and operated the Rogers Food Truck and enjoyed taking it to auctions and other events. 
Beverly liked to make crafts and as a member of the Hardin Memorial Hospital Guild, she was a volunteer with a group whom made many tray favors for the hospital patients. She also liked to knit and for several years she knitted hundreds of children's neck scarves for Operation Christmas Child Shoe Boxes.
Beverly loved playing with her great-grandson, Kayden and was looking forward to meeting her new great-grandchild. She loved to spend time with her family and friends and always had a smile. She could visit with anyone for a friendly chat. She loved the Lord and was ready to go home. She will be with her family again and little special dog, Jamie. 
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the donor's choice.
