To Mildred's family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. May you find comfort in knowing that the bible likens death to a deep sleep (John 11:11) and promises that Jesus Christ will awaken all those that have fallen asleep in death (John 5:28, 29). Yes, we have the wonderful hope of seeing our loved ones again but it will be at a time when God "will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." (Revelation 21:3, 4) Until then, continue to look to Jehovah God and his word the Bible for comfort in your times of grief and sorrow (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4).
