Funeral services for Mark Hosmer Allshouse will be private. The Price - McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory is handling the arrangements. Friends and family may visit from 11:00 AM till 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at the funeral home in Mt. Victory. Burial will take place at Byhalia Cemetery. 
He died on Friday, April 5, 2019 at his residence. He was born on October 5, 1950 in Detroit, MI to the late Robert and Virginia (Hosmer) Allshouse. On August 16, 1980 he married Janet Fay and she survives in West Mansfield. 
Also surviving are 2 step-daughters; Suzie (Tom) Ledley of Ridgeway and Teresa (John) Anderson of Bellefontaine. 2 step-sons; Paul (Kathy) Dick of Belle Center and Philip (Amanda) Dick of Republic, OH. 2 sisters; Virginia Allshouse of Georgia and Lisa (Mike) Nitz of Ann Arbor, MI. 1 brother; Kurt (Sherri) Allshouse of Houston, TX. Grandchildren; Corey Ledley, Olivia (Nick) Simpson, Shayla Dick, Sean Dick, Kirk Ramsey, Alyssa (Jimmy) Brown, Rylie Dick, Danni Dick, Tyler Dick and Aubrey Dick. Step Grandchildren; Kyle McCloud and Taylor (Brittany) Anderson. 4 Great Grandchildren; Jaydon Simpson, Kane and Kooper Ramsey and Kayleigh Brown. Numerous nieces and nephews. 
Mark was U.S. Army Veteran. After the Army he attended Farris State University in Michigan and graduated with a Bachelors Degree.
Mark worked as a supervisor for several large manufacturing companies, including Ford and Rockwell before retiring. After retiring he kept busy by working numerous different jobs.
Mark was a car enthusiast. He loved Chevys but especially Corvettes. He still has his first Corvette; a 1963 convertible. He loved working on and talking about cars, and would attend swap meets and was a member of the Corvette America Club.
Mark was a very laid back man, known for his easy going personality and plaid short sleeve shirts. He loved to tell stories and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Donor's choice.
