There will be no services for Keith Eugene Prater. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
He died Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Lima Memorial Hospital. He was born on February 19, 1972 in Kenton to Ted Prater who survives in TN and Deborah (Bopp) Prater Mendenhall who survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are his fiancé Stephanie Lyttle, a sister Kelly M. Whitemore, a brother Kevin R. Shepherd, two nieces Desiree and Destiny, a nephew Dustin, Step fathers Mike Mendenall and Randall Shepherd and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Keith was a gentle, caring person and a beloved son, brother and uncle.
He worked in Florida for many years as an electrician and volunteer fireman.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Keith is resting in peace with Jesus in heaven.
Memorials may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
