There will be no services for Helen L. Lones. It was her wishes to be cremated. The Price - McElroy Funeral Home is assisting the family.
She died on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at Hardin Hills Health Center. She was born on April 9, 1947 in Bellefontaine to the late Hilbert and Mary (Lamet) Selck. On May 2, 1969 she married Jimmie Lones and he survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are a step daughter; Becky Knox of South Carolina. 3 step Grandchildren. 1 Step Great Grandchild and 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
She was preceded in death by 2 step children; Terry Lones and Sue Streets. 1 sister; Ruth Mullett. 1 brother; Carl Selck and 1 step granddaughter; Heather Streets.
Helen was the owner of Helen's Gift shop for 47 years where she hosted and attended Tole painting classes.
She was a member of the Kenton Church of Nazarene.
She enjoyed knitting and listening to Audio books.
Memorial donations may be made to Harco for special Olympics.
