Services for Caroline Buyer will be held at 11:00 Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Pastor Jason Manns officiating. Burial will follow at Otterbein Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 Monday, July 23, 2018.

She died at 9:05 am Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Blanchard Place in Kenton. She was born on August 12, 1939 in Kenton to the late Paul and Lucille (Brown) Jones. On May 25, 1963 she married Robert Buyer and he preceded her in death on December 20, 2017.

Surviving are her daughters, Michelle (Brian Gillespie) Buyer of Powell and Sharelle Buyer of Gahanna; sister, Evelyn (Elwood) Osborn of Kenton; and sister-in-laws, Evelyn Jones of Belle Center, Donna Jones of Marion, and JoAnn Jones of Loveland.

 She was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Ralph Jones, Russell (Barbara) Jones, Richard Jones, and Peter Jones.
Caroline was an assistant manager at the former Rockwell Credit Union.
She attended the First Reformed Church and was a member of Kenton Family Moose Lodge.
She enjoyed bowling, golfing, and her cats. She was an avid Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
