Services for Patricia A. Holland will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, December 05, 2017 at Price - McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Pastor Dennis Livingston officiating. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 Monday, December 04, 2017.
She died at 9:25 am Friday, December 01, 2017 at the Blanchard Place. She was born on September 25, 1928 in Kenton to the late Richard R. "Doug" and Vera Marie (Holycross) Clark. On September 11, 1949 she married Keith H. Holland and he preceded her in death on December 08, 2003.
Surviving are 2 daughters,  Joan Finocchiaro of Longwood, FL and Susan (Thomas) Battles of Kenton; daughter-in-law Marilyn Holland of Kenton; 5 grandchildren, Michael (Amanda) Holland of Kenton, Scott (Soomin) Holland of Fort Polk, LA, Emily Cooper of Kenton, Hannah Copper of Stow, OH, and Sarah Cooper of Kenton; 4 great grandchildren, Addison, Daisy, Lily, and Scott Jr; 1 sister, Judy Brown of Kenton; and 1 brother, Robert (Wilma) Clark of Bellefontaine.
She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Holland and a brother, Robert "Buddy" Clark.
Patricia retired from Hardin Memorial Hospital where she worked in the offices.
She was a member of the Hepburn United Methodist Church, Hepburn Hobby Club, and the Hepburn Ladies Aide.
Growing up Patricia's father Doug Clark was the Hardin County Sheriff so she grew up at the former Hardin County Sheriff Department.
She was  gorgeous and carried every attribute of a lady, more importantly though, she had a beautiful soul and cared about everyone.
According to her grandchildren she was the best grandma in the world.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association or the Hepburn United Methodist Church.
