A visitation for Margaret "Peg" Wright will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday, February 10, 2017 at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton. Graveside services will be held at a later date.
She died at 9:54 A.M. on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Lima Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 3, 1955 in Lima to the late Park and Claribel (Fisher) Elwood. On April 23, 1992 she married David Wright and he survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are a daughter; Kellie (Steve) Moore of Piqua, a son; Dan (Amber Chapman) Lenhart of Celina, 3 sisters; Susan (John) Baughman of Ada, Linda (Jeff) Mabrey of Columbus, Sally Howard of Myrtle Beach, S.C., 3 grandchildren; Hailey Moore, Alex Moore, Rylan Chapman, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother; Richard "Rick" Elwood.
Peg retired from Lima Memorial hospital after 33 years f being an X-Ray Technician.
She was a member of the St. Johns United Church of Christ in Kenton.
She enjoyed shopping at Hallmark, and would send everyone she knew cards from there, every chance she got. She also collected anything to do with pigs and Beetles memorabilia.
Peg loved her family and will be deeply missed.
