A celebration of life for Jack L. Totten Jr. will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, August 22, 2016 at the Abundant Life Assembly of God Church in Kenton with Pastor James Goldsmith officiating. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 21st at the church. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is handling the arrangements.
He died at 10:35 A.M. Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born May 29, 1946 in Hardin County to the late Jack L Sr. and Evelyn (Bailey)Totten. On May 5, 1967 he married Connie Highslip and she survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are a son; Ryan (Kim) Totten of Kenton, a brother; Daniel Totten of Kenton, 5 grandchildren; Mackenzie Totten, Sydney Totten, Riley Totten, Alli Wolfe, Casey Drosdak, a niece; Emily (Chad) West of Kenton, and a nephew; Adam Totten of Kenton.
He was preceded in death by a son; Wesly Alan Totten.
Jack was a 1964 graduate of Kenton High School and worked at Rockwell for over 30 years until he retired.. He was an Elder at the Abundant Life Assembly of God Church in Kenton, and a member of the Tristate Gun Collector Club in Lima.
Jack was an outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working outside. He also enjoyed going to his grandchildren's various sporting events.
