Funeral Services for Glen Gault Jr. will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 30,2016 at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Rev. Jonathan Hanover officiating. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery. Friends may call 2 hours prior to services.
He died at 3:35 AM Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Birchaven Village in Findlay. He was born July 30, 1932 in Carey, Ohio to the late Glen Sr. and Ethel (Myers) Gault. On July 5, 1951 he married Barbara Cottrell and she survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are a daughter; Becky (John) Mentzer of Kenton, a son Larry (Joann) Gault of Forest, 4 grandchildren; Kelly (Shane) McCloud of Forest, Kylie (Scott) Cummings of Lima, Kip Mentzer of Wisconsin, Kera (Brad) Blue of Kenton, 10 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 4 sisters.
Glen worked for International Car and retired from there in September of 1981.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Kenton, where he also served as a custodian for over 20 years.
Glen enjoyed fishing, going cruising in his car, and spending time with his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Kenton.
