Funeral services for Evea M. Worst will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Williamstown First Brethren Church with Pastor David Creekmore and Pastor Courtnee Morris officiating. Burial will follow at Dunkirk Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday, September 12, 2016 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton.
She died at 12:08 A.M. Friday September 9, 2016 at Lima Memorial Hospital. She was born on February 5, 1916 in Williamstown to the late Arby and Cynthia (Woods) Jolliff. On August 29, 1936 she married Frank Richard Worst and he preceded her in death on April 22, 1998.
Surviving are 3 daughters; Donna Jean Plaugher of Dunkirk, Cinda Lou (Bill) Bame of Dunkirk, Patty Linn (Jeff) Morris of Dunkirk, a sister; Colene (Clair)Weatherill of Forest, 14grandchildren; Ron (Wendy) LaRoche of Kenton, William (Donna) Bame of Kenton, John (Stephanie) Bame of Williamstown, David (Robin) Bame of Dunkirk, Wendy (Scott) Hooker of Dunkirk, Bob (Lori) Bame of Dola, Richard (Angie) Guinn of Ada, Mandi (Kevin) Crist of Arlington, Jadden (Jacqi) Morris of Pandora, Courtnee  (Megan) Morris of Bluffton, Codee (Carly) Morris of Dunkirk, Haylie (Sabir) Rollerson of Ada,  Sara Morris, Jorie Morris, 33 Great-Grandchildren,  and 14 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister; Lola Garnett Leatherman, 3 brothers; Raymond Jolliff, Lawrence Jolliff, Clarence Jolliff, a granddaughter; Rhonda Elwood, and a son-in-law; Joe Plaugher.
Evea was a member of the Williamstown First Brethren Church, where she was actively involved with the Women's Missionary Society. She also was a member of the Child Study Club in Dunkirk and Eastern Star.
Evea enjoyed  knitting, crocheting, and  gardening, especially her flowers.
She liked to attend her grandkids sporting events, except for football because she was afraid that they would get hurt. Evea also traveled to Canada every year for the last 55 years on vacation. This past year she went fishing out on a boat by herself and caught a 3lb, 17 inch Smallmouth Bass on her trusty old fishing pole "Old Bessie".
