A graveside memorial service for Duane P. Richardson will take place at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Grove Cemetery with Pastor Jim Goldsmith officiating. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is handling the arrangements.
He died on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at his residence. He was born on January 24, 1949 in Kenton to the late Paul and Roxanne (Gray) Richardson. On October 5, 1979 he married Pamela Patton and they later divorced.
Surviving are a daughter; Shaylyn Richardson of Kenton, a brother; Don Richardson of Kenton, 3 sisters; Teddy Crisp of South Dakota, Trudy Petrimoulx of Arizona, Terry (Bob) Burgbacher of Kenton, 2 grandchildren; Damian Richardson II, Jalon Manns, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son; Damian Richardson and 2 brother-in-laws; Robert Petrimoulx and Vern Crisp.
Duane worked for Precision Strip for over 15 years and was also the owner/operator of  The Finishline Bar in Kenton. He enjoyed driving his truck and seeing the country but he loved spending time with his family. He also liked to watch NASCAR and OSU football.
In memory on Duane's mother in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
