There will be no services for Cynthia S. Howe. It was her wishes to be cremated.
She died at 8;45 am Sunday, October 30, 2016 at her residence. She was born on August 11, 1959 in Oswego, NY to the late Thomas G. and Geraldine (Cordell) Harris Sr. On September 09, 1999 she married Frank Howe and he survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are 1 brother, Thomas Harris Jr. of Kenton; nephews and niece, Thomas (Nichole) Harris III; David Harris; and Vanessa Harris. Along with great nephew and niece Aynsley and Arya.
In 2000 Cindy and Frank started their own craft business selling at various craft shows.
She was a life member of the Amvets Post 1994 Auxiliary. 
She was an animal lover, her cats were her children.
