A Mass of Christian Burial for Christine E. Stahler will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Kenton with Father David Young officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Kenton. Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday June 17, 2016 at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory with a Rosary Service at 8:00 P.M. Friends may also call 1 hour prior to services at the church.
She died at 8:15 P.M. Wednesday June 15, 2016 at her residence. She was born on May 11, 1960 in Kenton to the late Phillip and Dorothy (Wenner) Rapp. On August 7, 1982 she married Kevin Stahler and he survives in Ridgeway.
Also surviving are 2 sons; Krane (Elizabeth) Stahler of Kenton, Kyle Stahler of Dayton, 3 sisters; Bernadette (Stewart) Coats of Ridgeway, Rebecca (Mark) Jones of Bellefontaine, Katherine (Rob) Temple of Kenton, 2 grandchildren; Kaelynn Stahler, Brantley Stahler, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Christine was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Kenton and a Lady of The Knights of Columbus. She enjoyed gardening, baking, camping and fishing. She loved her four legged son, Bomber, but her deepest love was for her family and she loved to spend time with them especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.
Memorial donations may be made to Saint Vincent of DePaul or to The Knights of Columbus.
