A private graveside service for Cecil Ray Moore will be held at a later date. It was his wishes to be cremated.
He died at 2:45 pm on Saturday,  January 21, 2017 at Bridge Hospice in Findlay. He was born on July 15, 1938 in Continental, Ohio to the late Russel and Florence (Pease) Moore. On June 22, 1960 in Moorehead, KY, he married Carolyn Ruth Anne Breckler and she preceded him in death on January 19, 1996.
Surviving are his children, Christina Hall of Kenton; Darlena Wynegar of Kenton; Kathleen Rettig of Kenton; and Mary Wells of Jenera; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; 1 brother, Pete Moore of Washington;  and 1/2 sister Patty Frolich of Dupont.
He was preceded in death by a son Cecil R. Moore Jr; 2 brothers, Everett and Leroy Moore; and 3 sisters, Ester Silhort; Cathleen Wisner; and Edith Worline.
He had  worked at several factories retiring in 2007 from  Mills Bradley Inc. in Upper Sandusky after 13 years.
He was a member of the Kenton Eagles Lodge and the VFW in Ada and Findlay.
The joy of Cecil's life was his children and making them happy. He loved his grandchildren and liked to golf and be outside. He enjoyed doing puzzles and painting crafts.
